Raman Roy is widely regarded as the pioneer and "Guru" of the Indian BPO industry. He is a pioneer three times over, having successfully led the captive BPO initiatives of:
  • American Express - business leader for American Express's BPO business in India
  • GE Capital - CEO of GE Capital International Services (GECIS)
  • Spectramind (now Wipro BPO) - The venture-funded Spectramind, with an enviable leadership team and a proven track record, was acquired by Wipro in July 2002.
Raman remained as Chairman and Managing Director of Wipro Spectramind until June 2005, growing the company to become the largest provider of third party BPO shared services from India, with nearly 16,000 employees. As a tribute to his contribution to the BPO industry, he was awarded the Dataquest Pathbreaker Award in 2002 for directly creating 35,000+ jobs in India and indirectly enabling the employment of 350,000 people by creating the BPO industry.

Susantha Ratnayake was appointed as the Chairman of John Keells Holdings in January 2006 and has served on the JKH Board since 1992. He has overall responsibility for Group Strategy and New Business Development.
Susantha is a council member of the Employers Federation of Ceylon and is a committee member of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a member of the Tourism, Sovereign Rating and Investment Promotion Clusters of the National Council for Economic Development (NCED). He has over 27 years in management experience, all of which has been with JKH Group.

Raj Dutta is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in handling diverse areas in Finance and General Management. Raj is a founding member of Quatrro and the CFO of the group.
 
Prior to joining Quatrro, Raj was with Wipro Spectramind and had the dual charge of being the CFO of Spectramind and Vice President-Corporate Affairs of Wipro. Raj was the first CFO of GE Capital International Services (now known as Genpact ) and later, Head of their Hyderabad operations. Raj has spent over 12 years in the BPO industry.

Raj is a Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant. He was voted the CFO of the year in 2003 at the India CFO Forum.

Ronnie Peiris is Group Finance Director and President of John Keells Holdings and has overall responsibility for Group Finance, including Treasury, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Group Initiatives, Shared Services and the Information Technology functions.
 
Previously, Managing Director of Anglo American Corporation (Central Africa) Limited and EXCO Member of Konkola Copper Mines Plc, both in Zambia, Ronnie has served on the Boards of many overseas companies.. He is a Director in multiple group Companies and has over 33 years of finance and general management experience in Sri Lanka and abroad. He is a member of The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.

Balki Vasudevan is a highly experienced Finance professional with expertise and exposure in all facets of Finance across multiple industries. He has over 25 years of experience.
 
Prior to joining Quatrro, Balki was CFO of Wipro’s Global IT Business and additionally the Corporate Controller and Head of Financial Planning & Control for the Wipro Corp. He was also the CFO of Wipro Infotech and was with GE Medical Systems and Larsen & Toubro prior to joining Wipro.

Balki has a B.Com from Madras University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India. He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Romesh David has been with John Keells Holdings for 25 years and has overall responsibility for the Transportation Group. Romesh is a member of the JKH Group Executive Committee, a member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport, a member of the Transport Cluster of the NCED, and a past Chairman of the Sri Lanka Freight Forwarders Association.
 
At AuxiCogent he serves as the Executive Champion for the service offerings in the Shipping, Transportation and Logistics Industry.

Krishan Balendra has been Head of Corporate Finance and Strategy at John Keells Holdings since September 2002. He started his professional career at UBS Warburg, Hong Kong in Investment Banking, focusing primarily on equity capital markets.
 
After four years stint in Hong Kong, he continued his career in Corporate Finance at Aitken Spence & Co., Sri Lanka prior to joining JKH. He holds a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of London and an MBA from INSEAD.
 
 
 
Upendra Singh - Executive Vice President, Quatrro

Upendra Singh (Upen) is a founding member of Quatrro. He brings over 22 years of experience in general management, operations, and the creation and consolidation of new BPO entities in India and overseas.
 
Prior to joining Quatrro, Upen was with Spectramind as its first VP of Operations in May 2000 and was instrumental in delivering double-digit annual growth, increasing the rate of customer satisfaction and earning client confidence. He had also spent 15 years with American Express in various assignments including Director of Operations & Head of MIS, Japan, Asia Pacific, Australia (J/APA) region. As a member of the Executive team, Upen also helped set up India's first BPO for the American Express Finance Resource Centre (FRC) in 1994.

At American Express, Upen was recognized with the "Chairman's Award for Quality" and the "Great Performer Award for Excellence in Customer Service" on several occasions. Upen holds a Graduate Degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.

Sanjeeva Fernando is the President of AuxiCogent and until August 2007 was Head of the Transportation Sector of John Keells Group. In this position he oversaw the entirety of the Logistics, Aviation, Outbound Travel, Shipping and Marine Fuels businesses in the Group in Sri Lanka, India and the Maldives. He has over 20 years of management experience, 14 of which have been with the JKH Group in diverse businesses and capacities.
 
A Printer by profession, he qualified from the London School of Printing and is a member of the London Institute of Printing. He joined JKH in 1993 as CEO of it’s printing and packaging business and went on to be the CEO of Lanka Marine Services from the time of its acquisition in 2002 until he was appointed as head of Transportation Sector in 2005.

Shailendra Masaldan has 24 years of experience in the Manufacturing and Services industries. He was Vice President of Operations and Head of the Customer Advocacy Group at Wipro Spectramind. He was responsible for Work Force Management, Knowledge Management and Service Delivery in the Technical Help Desk, Customer Care and Health Insurance Claims Processing areas during his 7 year engagement.
 
His significant accomplishments include championing and meeting clients' objectives within the organization, creating, disseminating best business practices across the service delivery organization and enhancing the human & work place resources' productivity. Shailendra is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Debt Collector in the states of Colorado & Tennessee and is a seasoned practitioner of Six Sigma, Lean techniques.

Manoj Aggarwal is a Finance strategist, with considerable background in financial management of IT Companies. He has worked with organizations including Indian and Multinationals of varying size across multiple industries covering software services & consulting, software product development, and manufacturing.
 
He has around 15 years of expertise in leading core finance functions such as Commercial & Legal Negotiation, Contract Management, Budgets & Variance analysis, P&L analysis, Statutory compliances. He has worked at various levels in Wipro Technologies, EHPT (Ericsson Hewlett Packard), Sona Koyo. He is credited for being a technology champion for automating various processes with the objective to make them globally accessible, seamless and non individual dependent.
 
 
 
Rajesh Dhuddu - Associate Vice President, New Product Development

Rajesh Dhuddu has 10 + years of experience in Marketing, Product Management and Business Planning. He spent several years at Tata Group working in the Telecommunications and Business Process Outsourcing companies. He was selected as a member of the founding team that launched Tata Sons' start up venture to provide Domestic BPO services and grew the operations to 4000+ people in a span of one year.
 
Rajesh was also the architect of the inorganic strategy that helped Tata Sons' BPO foray into international business through acquisition of two US based BPO centers in the online travel vertical. He led the integration teams in a number of pre and post acquisition activities covering due diligence, business valuation and contract negotiations. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Business Excellence Model Assessor and is trained in Six Sigma.
