(Quatrro) is a BPO company created by
the most experienced BPO team out of India
led by Raman Roy. Raman’s first foray
into BPO was in 1992 when he led the setting
up of a captive Financial Resource Center
for American Express. Upon this success,
Raman and his team created a back office
operation for GE Capital in the mid 1990’s.
In March of 2000, Raman established Spectramind
which became the largest third-party BPO
Company in India and was subsequently
acquired by Wipro Ltd in July of 2002.
After building Wipro Spectramind to a
nearly 16,500 employee company, Raman
was inspired to create something “beyond
the existing” and as a result, Quatrro
BPO Solutions was born in January 2006.
